How to link your interview to an external calendar (Outlook Calendar/Apple iCal/Google Calendar)

Step 1:

Login to your account.

Step 2:

Click on your username found in the Main Menu, and select My Profile:

Open User Menu and Select API Keys

Step 3:

Enter the name of your API key EG - Calendar, Assign the appropriate ability by clicking "Synchronize Interview Calendars" then click create:

Make sure you copy the key and keep it secured. This will be the only time the key will be displayed. We recommend not sharing this key as it will give access to your calendars. If you wish you can revoke access by deleting this key.

Edit or Delete API Key

Step 4:

Return to your homepage by clicking the "Interview Assistant" Logo at the top left or by entering your interviewer assistant url

Step 5:

Click on any interview you would like to dynamically add to your external calendars.

Step 6:

On the interview menu choose Interview Schedule -> Sync to Calendar

Step 7:

A window will appear with your unique link to your interview, replace the YOUR_API_TOKEN_HERE portion of the link with the API key we created earlier.

Step 8:

Use this link in your external calendars to synchronize your calendars with this interview.
